CARS, the Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society, is operating from Sandford Mill, Chelmsford on three Sundays in August.
The first days of the August operations was on Sunday the 5th of August, and here are a couple of not very well lit pictures of operation from the Marconi Hut:
Well done to the CARS team for a good event at Sandford Mill. There are two more planned: Sunday the 12th andSunday the 19th. These are public days, and open to all. Admission and parking are free, and Sandford Mill will be open from 2pm to 5pm on these dates
On the subject of dates for the diary, CARS will be operating from Sandford Mill on Sunday 30th September, as part of the Science and Discovery Day. This is a Public Open Day from 10am to 5pm, again with free admission and parking
