Thanks for Ham Train (1 reply and 1 comment)
Well done on passing your foundation, I passed mine with Pete and Essex ham 3 years ago, and not looked back, did my intermediate a couple of months later and my full 6 months after that
don't forget you can listen in to the ISS on 437.800mhz FM, I have a Diamond X300 white stick and can listen to most passes, look at something like heavens above.com https://heavens-above.com/PassSummary.aspx?satid=25544&lat=51.4066&lng=0.7432&loc=qbr&alt=3&tz=GMT

Thanks Peter. I'm a keen sky watcher in addition to the radio, so will certainly be trying to pick up the ISS at some point.

Wanted to add a thank you for all involved in creating and running Ham Train. I passed my foundation two weeks ago today, having relied entirely on that course's excellent material.
I have experience of designing and delivering e-learning at work, and it's not as easy as it looks. That Pete and co. do such a professional job of it and offer it free of charge is hugely impressive.
I've since kitted myself out with a little Yaesu FTM-200 and a mobile 2/70 antenna, and find myself monitoring the local repeater while I work.
To any prospective hams: have a go!
As you were.
