Hello, This may seem like a really daft question I have just passed my foundation online exam, but I did seem to struggle with the bandplan chart. I assume probably wrongly that when it says Primary (this means we can use that frequency with no issues) , Secondary ( we can use it but other people/organizations take priority) and when it says Not Allocated (does this mean we are not able to use that frequency) ? help with understanding the Foundation Bandplan would be appreciated
it maybe me just being a bit thick?
