HD1 Software Issue (1 reply)
Hi, I have same problem, Windows 11 and doesn't matter which port I tried to use it is just not working. I've tried all tips but nothing works. I tried also spare programming cable with no success.

I have an Ailunce HD1 handset that I can program on the unit itself, but I would like to carry out a more expansive set up using the HD1 software on my laptop.
The problem is that on connecting the handset I get the message ‘The Device will not open’ on Port 3 or ‘Invalid Port Number ‘ on Port 4.
However, in both cases, on Iooking at the USB ports in Device Manager I see the massage ‘PL2303TA do not support Windows 11 or later, Please contact your supplier’ on which ever Port I have connected to.
Incidentally, I have loaded the HD1 USB Driver for Windows 11.
I have tried a couple of times to contact Ailunce with no response, so I wondered if any member had similar experience which they overcame.
